  THE MOST APPALLING SERVICE!
  I have been attending this practice for many years and have NEVER received such abysmal, rude service from a doctor.
  Having NO idea why I was summoned I took time off work to attend the last appointment of the day.
  JULIA Conway was uncommunicative, did not listen despite several enquiries as to the reason for the appointment.
  My blood pressure taken....No result or discussion
  Referral for bloods just put in front of me without acknowledgement or explanation.
  When I insisted on answers I was asked to leave.
  Interestingly when I asked for a complaints proceedure I was told by the practice Manager "They didn't have one"
  Eventually after asking 3 times I was told to write a letter.
  The first such disgraceful behaviour I have had at this clinic.
  BE WARNED She is an inept, ineffectual, member of This practice.
  This is why she bulk bills!
